See it. Don't imagine it.
Three working directions, built on FINA's real schedule, real rules, and your own footage. Click through them on your phone. Pick one, mix them, or tell us what to change. That choice is the first decision of the build.
What FINA gets
Clear paths for parents and athletes, gyms, and sponsors, plus judges and volunteers. Anything someone needs is one or two taps away, on a phone first. We move everything worth keeping from the current site, retire outdated pages, and redirect old links so nothing breaks. You also get a written list of every place today's documents contradict each other. You decide the correct rule; we publish it.

The numbers
$400 toward the $4,800 build, plus $200 for ongoing care. Nothing upfront, and nothing due before FINA's fiscal year starts.
Ongoing care, month to month. The rate only changes with 60 days' notice.
Why these are the numbers
You told us FINA runs on thin margins. This is priced to cover our time and costs, not to mark them up. Spreading the build across the first year means no big upfront bill. The care plan is what keeps Jen out of the website for good.
Ending early
End anytime with 30 days' notice. In year one, a one-time buyout lets you own the site outright: the $4,800 build, minus $400 for every month already paid.
| Months paid | Buyout |
|---|---|
| 0 | $4,800 |
| 3 | $3,600 |
| 6 | $2,400 |
| 9 | $1,200 |
| 12 | $0 |
Payable to Radius Technology. Pricing valid through November 30, 2026.
Phase 2, on us
Live data from NinjaWorks, built into FINA's new site at no added cost. Target: June 2027. It's included in the same monthly price; nothing changes on your invoice.
Schedule, always current
Every event and its wave times, updated automatically from NinjaWorks. Nobody re-types anything.
Results and standings
Results by competition and season standings by division, in FINA's own design instead of a NinjaWorks frame.
Register, one tap away
Each event's registration link, pulled from the gym's listing, so families go straight to sign-up.
One livestream hub
Every gym's stream for the weekend on one page, so families never dig through an email to find it.
Phase 2 depends on NinjaWorks (and SportsEngine, for registration) giving us access to FINA's data. We start that conversation with Carl right away. If a piece isn't available, we'll show you what is possible instead, and you owe nothing either way. If a vendor ever charges for data access, you'll see that quote before anything is bought.
Where this goes next
Phase 3 · Partner portal
Gym, judge, and coach logins. The partner handbook behind a secure login, walkthrough-video submission, and a certification directory.
Quoted separately when you're readyNot in Phase 1
- Coach and judge training platforms
- Paid advertising or sponsor ad placements
- Social media management
- New photo or video shoots
- Automatic email-to-website posting (in Phase 1 you forward the email and we post it)
The deal, in plain English
Scope
What's described here. Small adjustments are included; anything bigger gets a written quote first. Nothing appears on an invoice unannounced.
Cost
$600/month for 12 months from January 1, 2027, then $200/month. Invoiced on the 1st, due in 15 days.
Ending early
30 days' notice, plus the buyout in year one. After 12 payments the buyout is $0 and the site is fully yours.
You own your stuff
Content, photos, logo, fina.ninja, and any data the site collects belong to FINA. Always.
No hostages
If we ever part ways, your content, images, domain, and data come back within 30 days, buyout or not, plus help for whoever comes next.
We fix our own mistakes free
If something's broken because we built it wrong, it's on us.
Your part
- Photos and clips you have the rights to use (your SportsEngine photo waivers cover athletes)
- Your current documents, in Google Docs or Word
- One approver for content: Jen
Next steps
- Pick a direction. A, B, C, or a mix. Tell us what you'd change.
- Sign the agreement. Both of us sign the PDF, and work starts.
- Send the good stuff. We open a shared Drive folder with a short checklist. Photos, clips, and documents by November 13.
